[CLOSED] FPC >= 3.2 What is a ftFmtMemo field type ? lazarus / 16-Databases ---------------------------------------------------------------------- BrunoK · 2020-10-04 15:27 FPC >=3.2 For the ftFmtMemo field type, what is the Codepage supposed to be ? Is it defined anywhere ? No conversion seems to take place, is it supposed to be behave like an non-localized ftMemo ? ---------------------------------------------------------------------- LacaK · 2020-10-04 16:34 I've never encountered this field type. Which database components create this filed type for which SQL data type (sqlDB does not create this filed type for none SQL Connection) ---------------------------------------------------------------------- BrunoK · 2020-10-04 16:45 Quote from: LacaK on October 04, 2020, 06:34:36 pmI've never encountered this field type. Which database components create this filed type for which SQL data type (sqlDB does not create this filed type for none SQL Connection) Thanks for the reply. I figured out that FlashFiler 2 defines it as a "Rich edit memo field". I'll just skip handling this field type. ---------------------------------------------------------------------- Sieben · 2020-10-04 17:29 Might be a leftover from old BDE times.
