Missing Buttons in field editor

In the Lazarus version 2.0.8 I miss the Create and Cancel buttons in
the field editor window when I add the fields. This is only the case
at High dpi monitor screens. Screens with a 'normal' resolution
(1920x1080) don't have that problem.
