Anyone know how to decode a NetCDF file?
I mean files from this site:

https://data.ngdc.noaa.gov/platforms/solar-space-observing-
satellites/goes/goes16/l1b/seis-l1b-sgps/2020/01/

Until recently, the data was in CSV format. Unfortunately, the format
has been changed to * .nt and I don't know how to get data from files

The libraries and the format are described here: NetCDF and there
should also be some description of their own data here somewhere at
NOAA.
