Does anyone know if Lazarus is being used to make

Spectroscopy Analysis GUI for MID-IR video PLUS database ? Infrared
Spectrometer software

Can Delphi 2010 projects be imported into Lazarus ?
Can Visual Studio 2008 project "Theremino Spectrometer" be imported
into Lazarus ?

Another useful software may be PINE-SPARKY, however it is optimised
for NMR applications. More information is available from
