DBGrid how to prevent a column from being selected lazarus / 16-Databases ---------------------------------------------------------------------- Apiotr · 2019-01-26 14:49 Like in subject, how to prevent a column in DBGrid from being selected. In StringGrid is option called "canselect" but in DBGrid does not exists. I have a lot of columns in DBGrid. The first two are the titles. User should not select data from these two columns. Lazarus 2.0RC3 I assume you're talking about the CanSelect argument in TStringGrid.OnSelectCell. TDBGrid has OnColEnter and OnColExit which are similar. But I imagine setting the columns to ReadOnly and setting FixedCols to the correct count will do what you're describing.
