How add a custom item for null values in DBLookupComboBox

I have a DBLookupComboBox linked to two Data Sources, one for the work
query and another for the list, I need to add an additional element in
the list (that does not exist in the query) that indicates when the
KeyValue is null

Any ideas please?

I do not know if the answer is the most appropriate, but in this way I
got what I wanted

In the query for the list I added:

SELECT null As id, '(Empty)' AS description
UNION
SELECT id, description FROM rc_categories
