Image_Mushrooms Example db

I was glad to find the above article - I'm new to data bases and I'm
wanting to modigy this program to serve as an image gallery in an
application I'm deloping at Source Forge.

The hurdle I'm facing is that while I have modified the program
successfully, I haven't found a db editor that will edit the data base
db3 file and save it back in a compatible way. 

Can anyone help me figure this out?  How to edit "ImageTest.db3"?

There must be a caveat in that question that isn't mentioned 
explicitly because it is a sqlite database so, any sqlite db editor
should be able to.
