Oracle SQL server -> Your DataSnap Server -> Network -> Your WinCE Application with DataSnap client But DataSnap only for Delphi, and not ported to Lazarus. You can write your own data bridge, using any modern data transfer technology - HTTP for transfer and XML/JSON for data, for example. WinCE is common for handheld and standalone devices, so you actually don't need direct access to database. Better use local database on device and data import-export.
