Error in lazarus 1.6 to connect to postgresql database.
we have indicated the path in Windows (C: \ Program Files \ PostgreSQL
\ 9.5 \ bin) and not funcionaciona, copy the dll to system 32 and
still does not work.
I can not find the way to solve this step after the new version 1.6 of
lazarus.
