Can somebody explain and point out what are differences and benefits
in using TSQLScript vs TSQLQuery for multistatement queries?

TQSQLQuey is typo?
TSQLQuery is TDataSet descendant and can execute only one SQL
statement in a time.
TSQLScript can execute many SQL/DDL statements, for example put whole
DLL statements for create database, tables, indexes, triggers,
procedure, etc.
