I m looking for code source to download ascii file and put it in a
database in order to do some query, can you tell me where I can found
this code ?
I m would like to do an application whish can be use without to
install library on the computer (I m not admistrator) of my computer.

I hate to say this but you're going to have to build the source code
yourself.  Even if there's source code that does exactly as you're
asking for, the odds of it matching exactly your ascii file format and
having the exact database format are astronomical.  At best, you can
only use the source code as an example.

I have no idea what your ascii file format is.  If it's csv, that's a
start.  (CSV is a comma delimited format where fields are separated by
commas and records by lines.)  What I'd do is do a read from a file a
line, then parse the line using commas as the field breaks.  You
should have a variable for each field.  Once you've parsed the line,
enter those fields into a record of a database.  I'm sure there's more
to this but this is the gist of it.

Please be more precise what exactly you are looking for ?
1. code which will download from web any file ?
2. code which will open locally stored ascii file and import in
database ?
3. what is format of this ascii file (CSV or fixed length fields or
other) ?
4. what is your destination database ?
