mysql --local-infile parameter howto

I try to load a local csv file to mysql table and obtain
"MySQL55Connection1 : Error executing query: The used command is not
allowed with this MySQL version."

I guess that is caused by the mysql parameter "--local-infile"

Are there any way to set that parameter on MySql55Connection?

UP !!
I have same issue.
Local is enabled in mysql, i try to change
mysql_real_connect(HMySQL,PChar(HostName),PChar(UserName),PChar(Passwo
rd),Nil,APort,Nil,CLIENT_LOCAL_FILES)
in mysqlconn.inc, but nothing change.
Any suggestion???
