Select unique values from Tmemdataset or SDFData

Hi!

I transfer data from SDFdataset to tmemdataset. My question is: is
possible extract unique data from tmemdataset like in sql:
     SELECT DISTINCT[COLUMN] FROM  ?

write an OnFilterRecord event where you decide if a record is to be
shown or not and set the filtered property to true. After that first,
next should walk you through the records that are part of the accepted
set.
