Sort column alphabetically

Have a database that am using that I made with the desktop database.

The three columns on left of page when running is the Name, MI (middle
initial), and last name.

Am wanting the table to sort itself alphabetically by b\the last name.
So as I enter new data and I hit the little check button that
everything is ok then table puts the new data in it's proper
alphabetical place.

Can this be done and how?

use indexfieldnames
