Unable to open dataset frDBDataSet1

First attempt at LazReport.  I am following the Quick Start steps from
http://wiki.freepascal.org/LazReport_Documentation.  The introduction
mentions "... and the dataset component, called "Dbf1" here, is
already configured and active." 

I created a small 7-field dataset.  I am trying to do Step 9, but my
fields do not display the bands.  When I click on [OK], I get the
error.

I am trying to correct what I missed, but I have no idea.  Not even
where to start!

Would appreciate some assistance, please.

Some progress made...  

I discovered I do not get that error if I select one field at a time
to add to the report.  It seems to me that I should be able to select
all of them at once...to save time, if nothing else.  Am I limited to
add the fields to the report individually??

It also gives me  won't work if I select "Include headers" and
"Include bands" at the same time...  Is that intended?

I laid out my report in, what I thought would be, a basic
representation and received the attached error when I tried to
"Preview Report".  What am I doing wrong?
