MySQL v5.6 connection?

Has anyone upgraded to MySQL v5.6 and got it connected?
v1.12RC1 does not include a 5.6 connector yet.

did you ever try it with 5.5 and the libmysql library of 5.6?

Use zeos components and it will work.

you still have to use the latest libmysql libary in ZEOS

Yes. That's correct.
Tried 5.6 yesterday. worked like a charm. Next step was moving to
MariaDB
