Tbufdataset complains abstract method

In one class I use TBufdataset. During compile the project, IDE comes
with these messages:
Quoteclasses\cllazglobals.pas(51,39) Warning: Constructing a class
"TBufDataset" with abstract method "InternalInitFieldDefs"
classes\cllazglobals.pas(51,39) Warning: Constructing a class
"TBufDataset" with abstract method "LoadBlobIntoBuffer"
It comes when I create TBufdataset as an object.

Is this a bug of Tbufdataset and have to be reported in bug-tracker?

It's not uncommon, many parts in fpc and lazarus source code have
those warnings. They're intended AFAIK, and the code won't call those
abstract methods.
