[Solved] Where to find an WinCE compatible SQLite3.dll file ? (v1.7.x) lazarus / 16-Databases ---------------------------------------------------------------------- swierzbicki · 2013-06-25 14:35 Hello, Does anybody knows where to find the latest SQLite3.dll file running under WinCE ? I've already found a 1.5 version but it is too old (missing functionalities) Thank you ---------------------------------------------------------------------- marcov · 2013-06-26 12:39 I only know ftp://ftp.freepascal.org/fpc/contrib/arm-wince-sqlite322.zip ---------------------------------------------------------------------- swierzbicki · 2013-06-29 21:30 I just found this : http://www.parmaja.com/downloads/sqlite3/ Looks like the latest SQLite 3.7.16.1 is available BR ---------------------------------------------------------------------- bambamns · 2013-06-30 17:13 @swierzbicki Be careful with 3.7.16.1 version, a had a lot of problems with it. Currently I use 3.7.15.2 on several wince devices with no problem at all. If you have positive testing with 3.17.16.1 version, please post your conclusions. Thx ---------------------------------------------------------------------- swierzbicki · 2013-07-04 08:10 @bambamns What kind of issues do you encounter ? I'm using this DLL for some days now and don't get any error (I'm doing very basic CRUD statements). ---------------------------------------------------------------------- bambamns · 2013-07-05 19:43 I had problems with complex SQL Select , Insert queries, some basic update queries and with Table.Locate. I'm planing to test 3.7.16.1 version again, to check if the problems are still present, because I changed some part of code - maybe I did some mistakes. I have tested 3.7.15.2 for more then a two months with few dozen of WinCE devices and it works with no exceptions - I'll use the same exe with new 3.7.16.1 I hope we will have new 3.7.17 version soon to test - check http://for um.lazarus.freepascal.org/index.php/topic,10301.msg125213/topicseen.ht ml#new ---------------------------------------------------------------------- swierzbicki · 2013-07-09 20:15 Great news I'll will test this version and give feedback if I get any problems. ---------------------------------------------------------------------- ikutluay · 2013-09-02 14:31 hi. does the official file from sqlite.org directly works on wince device ? or do i need a special compiled version ? ---------------------------------------------------------------------- bambamns · 2013-09-02 19:50 There is no sqlite version for wince on sglite site (as far as I know), so you need to use specially compiled one like you can find on links in previous posts. Did you, and if you are , where did you find sqlite.dll for wince on sqlite site ?
