Unable to install package sqlite3laz 0.4

I'm getting an 'unable to compile' message when attempting to install
the above package.  I've done a search, and tried several suggestions,
but nothing seems to work.

Lazarus 1.0.10
Windows 8

This problem is on Linux too... I add sqlite library to system and
after this I recompile lazarus succesfully.

On windows You need put sqlite.def sqlite.dll on windows\system32
directory and then recompile lazarus.

Yes, that is one possible way. Another is to put it in your project
(source) and application (binary executable output) directories in
Lazarus and put it in your application directory when distributing it
to clients.
