Firebird Sqlquery problem with readcommited isolation level

I use sqlquery + firebird  + ReadCommited isolation level :

I post the actual (modified) record in a grid.

Can I determine that the record is saved ? How can i determine : 0 or
1 record is saved ?
(Multiuser environment.)
Because at READCOMMITED isolation level i can't get errormessage when
0 record is saved.

 I think this is the typical case of "lost update".
