Transferring a delphi software to lazarus causes ibxeFieldSizeError in

If you :
 - have set charsets of database connection to UTF8 ( Firebird
connection param is 'lc_ctype=UTF8' )
 - have correct field sizes

You must, in column properties, set MinSize and MaxSize 4 *larger than
field's size is set, because some special chars of UTF8 can be 4*
larger.
