Does somebody knows how to meke it works? Thanks ----- Lazarus 1.0.2 FPC : 2.6.0 GNU/Linux Ubuntu 12.04-1 ( 64bits ) SQLserver 2008 in windows 7 ( 64bits ) ---------------------------------------------------------------------- BigChimp · 2012-11-12 15:52 No idea, but it would be helpful to post your Zeos version I suppose. As you probably know, FPC trunk has support for FreeTDS which seems to work OK on Linux against MS SQL Server 2005/2008 dbs. ---------------------------------------------------------------------- cpalx · 2012-11-12 16:58 i wolud test, thanks ---------------------------------------------------------------------- EgonHugeist · 2012-11-13 03:25 Zeos7.01+ and FreeTDS works well. Also are all encoding issues solved for FPC since either you use the WITH_LConvEncoding define in ZeosLazarus.inc or FPC2.7.1. You do not need to change your custum you have for all other RDBMS. I know others which had success with the sybase libraries + *nix. ---------------------------------------------------------------------- dpetinov · 2013-11-25 07:34 FeeTDS - 0.91. Zeos versions 1.03 - 1.1.2 Lazarus 1.0.12 - 1.0.14. MSSQL 2000 when trying to connect from linux got Access violation. Still need to use Zeos. Any idea? ---------------------------------------------------------------------- TurboRascal · 2013-11-25 17:16 Perhaps you could try asking on the ZEOS Forum? Especially when you suspect a bug in ZEOS...
