Can not load libpq.dll on Win7 64 bit

Hello,

I have tried to set the Connected parameter to True on PQConnection
item but I've got the following error message: Can not load PostgreSQL
client library "libpq.dll". Check your installation.
I did the same on WinXP 32 bit and it worked without any error. Right
now I have Win7 64 bit and it has this problem.
Of course the libpq.dll file is at the project's directory (same as I
have in PgAdmin folder). I have found in the forum that I have to
install Visual C++ 2008 Redistributables (x64) and Win64 OpenSSL
v1.0.1c. I did that but the I still have the error msg.
Could You pls help me?

you need the 64bit version of that dll. you can download it from
postgres.org.

install pgadmin3, and add the bin directory to path

Thanks, it worked! Even it is complaint only on libpq.dll there should
be the other dlls available to avoid this error msg and get it worked.
