Linux + firebird + zeos: External: SIGSEGV lazarus / 16-Databases ---------------------------------------------------------------------- xinyiman · 2012-07-19 10:31 Hello guys, I installed xubuntu on my lazarus Version #: 0.9.30.2-2 Date: 02/15/2012 FPC Version: 2.4.4 SVN Revision: i386-linux-gtk 2 I successfully installed firebird and ZEOS. Compiling my sources, but when I run the program at the time the TZQuery me back: Project autocontrollo_igenico_sanitario raised exception class 'External: SIGSEGV'. Why? ---------------------------------------------------------------------- Leledumbo · 2012-07-19 12:28 Oh c'mon xinyiman, it's not your first post, you should've known how to ask questions correctly here... don't ask something that requires shaman skills to answer. ---------------------------------------------------------------------- xinyiman · 2012-07-19 15:06 No further information about it! I just know that I can compile successfully creates no problems connecting to the db but when I go to open any query returns me that error. On older projects (compiled on other computer - always xubuntu) that worked now if they recompile them I always return that error. is something systematic! ---------------------------------------------------------------------- JD · 2012-07-19 16:13 Quote from: xinyiman on July 19, 2012, 05:06:18 pmNo further information about it! Why don't you update your Lazarus/FPC installation and see it that solves the error! FPC 2.4.4 is rather old. BTW what version of Zeos are you using? ---------------------------------------------------------------------- BigChimp · 2012-07-19 16:43 Apart from that: you don't show what you're doing with the query (no code etc). As Leledumbo said: you'd need shaman skills to answer something like that... ---------------------------------------------------------------------- xinyiman · 2012-07-20 05:59 I solved aggiornanzo ZEOS lib with version 6.6.6 to version 7.0-dev
