Is there a tutorial on lazdatadesktop anyplace?

I've used it to create the data dictionary for the three tables and
their related fields that I need, but now what?  How do I convert the
DD into a SQLite d/b? 

I'm inclined to take the SQL for each table and put that into my app
as part of the app start up process.  Is that how most of you define
your d/b's?

Is there ERD tool that you prefer to use to create the database?
