TODBCConnection for psqlODBC

i gave up on this one ->

the database program we are using in the office is using odbcad32.exe
so im trying to learn TODBCConnection on the SQLdb tab of Lazarus

i googled around on how to use it and come up with this
Quotewith odbcConnect do begin
    Driver   := 'psqlODBC';
    UserName := 'postgres';
    Password := '';
    Params.Add('SERVER=127.0.0.1');
    Params.Add('PORT=5432');
    Params.Add('DATABASE=HRMS_DB');
    Open;
    if Connected = true then showmessage('Connected');
  end;
but its giving me this error message when i run it

so i change the code accordingly

  end;     

and now its successfully connected
