Embedding SQLite object code into lazarus application lazarus / 16-Databases ---------------------------------------------------------------------- ssamayoa · 2011-09-22 15:51 I developed a simple payroll text voucher printing program using a SQLite database. Process is simple: Server (Java) code generates a SQLite database with the already "rendered" text vouchers which is downloaded by user from the main application (ExtJS). User starts the LCL application and opens the database containing the vouchers (he/she dont know that is a database), select the vouchers to print which are sent as raw content to the desired printer. User is happy so I'm happy. But I'm not so happy because I have 2 files: my application's executable and the sqlite shared object (well, dll for now because I still dont ported the program to linux). So, I wish I can include compiled sqlite code into my own application. I'm more an application developer than a "core" developer so some guidance will be appreciated. Thanks. I just checked source code and see that there is no easy way. I have no time to mess arround so lets continue with dll/so way. Regards.
