Why do you want download it?
It is part of Lazarus/FPC instalation.

No, it isn't, it doesn't appear on SQLdb tab. There are TMySQL40,
...41 and ...50, but ...51 is not there.

It isn't present in neither stable, nor trunk version of lazarus.

51connection requires 2.4.4 or 2.5.1

Try recompiling lazarus with define HASMYSQL51CONNECTION 
(-dHASMYSQL51CONNECTION )

Marco, I have fpc 2.4.4 and I have just recompiled Lazarus with
-dHASMYSQL51CONNECTION, but no new icon appeared on sqldb tab.

I don't have MySQL installed, I don't use it, I just tried to see.

In the 64 Bit version of LAzarus very few of the DB Connectors can be
compiles.

I switch to the 32 bit version and they appeared but I have no
evidence that they work

MySQL51connection works on Lazarus 32 bit Windows from last weeks'
SVN... (FPC 2.5.1 though)
