operation not allowed, dataset "Q_Gradi" is not in an edit or insert
state

how do I change the query type? I want to make any changes or
insertions.

I am not sure if I understand your problem?
What happens if you use before:
Q_Gradi.Edit;
or
Q_Gradi.Append;
?

I used Q_gradi.Post without using Q_Gradi.insert! Sorry I made a
mistake.
