Condition for printing

Hello,
I would like ask you if it is posssible and in case that yes what way
to do it.
I have DB ( SQLite3 ) and I print records from one. It works as I
need. One Item (column) is "Note" This column is spread to all line in
report. No every time is the Note contains  an information. And then
is in the report empty line and all printer report is unnecessarily
long.(It has many pages ) How can I print out only line where  the
Note is not empty ? For printing I use LazReport 0.9.8.
