Looking for pxlib.dll

I have installed the the lazparadox package but it wants pxlib.dll. I
can't seem to find that file anywhere. The Lazarus documentation says
the file is available at http://pxlib.sourceforge.net/ but it doesn't
seem to be available. Where can I find pxlib.dll or another Lazarus
component to read Paradox files?
