Hi

How to make a converter on Lazarus  for DBF files ?
Before convering the contents of the fields in the encoding CP866
after conversion must be in UTF8

 When  I run application , get: sqlite3.dll not found



 YES !!!!!! i found !
 Application  is working

 ... result is not DBF file .

You can output to dbf paradox or sqlite as well to choose source and
target encodings

See attached picture (show when press convert button)

You may also need pxlib dll for paradox
