Need help to convert Delphi  to Lazarus

Hi!

I'm trying to transfer the project to Delphi Lazarus.
The project works with tables DBF (DOS 866 RUS) and Interbase
(encoding WIN1251 RUS).
When you open a table in the project Lazarus in the fields of tables
instead of Russian words is not readable character set.
What should I do?

Try the program ConvertDataBase.zip found in
http://sites.google.com/site/silvioprogbs/downloads

Convert the file to UTF8
