Have you tried this before? using Oracle Database Instant Client?

Instant Client Package - ODAC: Includes ODP.NET, Oracle Services for
MTS, Oracle Providers for ASP.NET, Oracle Provider for OLE DB, and
OO4O with Oracle Instant Client
?

Did it work on sqldB? Which one? the OO4O? no it's not.

For other users searching for answer;
I've found it, it needs the Oracle Call Interface <oci.dll>
Put it on you application path.

Thank you
