Insert clob data with TSQLQuery

Haw select,insert,update clob data with SQLQuery?

OracleConnection,SQLTransaction,SQLQuery.
Query.SQL.Text:='SELECT DATA_CLOB FROM TABLE';
After Query.Open is error and close lazarus.
I have Lazarus 0.9.28.2 and database Oracle

It seems, that there is missing support for BLOB, CLOB fields in
oracleconnection.pp
