How do I get a list of system DSN's?

I made a program that connects to a database through ODBC using a
system DSN. Is there a way to retrieve a list of ODBC system DSN's
from the operating system? I'm using Windows 7, but I'm hoping for a
solution that works on all (or most) Windows systems.
