SQLite and SQLite3 dll Problem

Hi

I have seen similar posts to mine over the last two days of searching,
but none that actually solves my problem yet.  My apologies if I've
missed one.

I want to use SQLite or SQLite3 dataset for win32 apps and ultimately
wince too.

If I try to install the sqlite3laz.lpk package, from
\lazarus\components\sqlite, lazarus.exe will no longer run on account
of sqlite.dll not being found (Not sqlite3.dll not found!).

I have searched everywhere for a download for sqlite.dll but
everything I find always ends up being sqlite3.dll

I have installed several SQLite apps to get the dlls and they all run
successfully.  Out of frustration I have put copies of the SQLite3.dll
in windows, windows\system, windows\system32, \Lazarus and my app
directories.

Finally when lazarus.exe will no longer run, if I run lazarus.old.exe
and look at configured packages BOTH sqlitelaz and sqlite3laz are
configured for installation, if I remove sqlitelaz and rebuild, then
the problem goes away but the sqlite3 component isn't installed
either, although it shows as being configured for installation.

What am I doing wrong?

My apologies..

I have found the installed sqlite3 component in the Data acess tab
after all.
