Which database component work on linux 64bit platform?

I think, could be with SQLdb (free pascal package).

Zeos Libs, the last version 7 ALPHA, has a Patch to enable support for
64 bits platforms.(http://zeosbugs.firmos.at/view.php?id=190)

AFAIK all the lazarus datasets work in 64 bit, the dataset youuse will
depend on your needs eg. standalone, server, sql etc

I work on firebird 2.1(embedded and server), ubuntu AMD64. ZEOS 7
works on 64 bit. My first attempt did not succeed, but after
rebuilding lazarus, ZEOS works.
