Why do yuo want to use a embedded database ? Hi Nicola, maybe it is not clear what "embedded" means. As you are using SQLite you should know something about it. From http://www.sqlite.org/about.html: SQLite is an embedded SQL database engine. Unlike most other SQL databases, SQLite does not have a separate server process. ... I hope this clarify. Ciao. Hi, first of all let me say that I'm not a WinCE developer but I have made some browsing and I can tell you this: In Windows (XP, Vista) in order to use an application built with SQLite you have to distribute also the sqlite dll (SQLite3.dll in case you use SQLite3); I found that the library SQLite has been ported also on WinCE and you can check here: http://sqlite-wince.sourceforge.net. So actually I don't know which library you have to use for development and deployment. Maybe someone else can give you some more support. There is a sample application, a simple database application for WinCE that you can find here: http://wiki.lazarus.freepascal.org/germesorders. The application is written in Russian but at least it is a starting point. There is also another application at the bottom of this page: http://wiki.lazarus.freepascal.org/Windows_CE_Interface. It is a mini SQLite viewer. I hope this can help you.
