Charset trouble

Hello,

Using lazarus 0.0.29, fpc 2.2.4, win XP

I'm accessing an MS Access DB (only for reading, I cannot modify it)
and when trying to visualize a query using DBGrid, all Spanish
characters are showed like "?", like

OCAÑA -> OCA?A

So I 've used a variable for trace it, and it shows OCA#209A. I think
#209 is the code for Ñ when using UNICODE so.... Why DBGrid is not
displaying the Ñ character (same for Á,É,...).

Should be converted ANSI <> UTF8
