Hi,
can anybody review my patch and if it is correct then commit it.

and please consider change function name "DateTime2TimeStampStruct" to
"DateTimeToTimeStampStruct" in odbcsql.inc to be compatible with other
similar funcions in same unit :-)
(this function is not used in other fpc units ... only in my patch)

Just be patient. The bug-system is made so that patches aren't
forgotten. So this patch won't be forgotten.

Thanks . In next days I will test it more and hope that some
"optimization" can be done also. After that I will post modified
"patch".
