Lazarus fail with ZeosDBO and PostgreSQL

Hi!
I have installed zeosdbo 6.6.4 with Lazarus 0.9.26-2 but when I try to
connect to Postgres I get an weird error:

This application has failed to start becasue libintl3.dll was not
found. Re-installlig the application may fix this problem.

I have reinstalled both app. Postgres and Lazarus and I have the error
still.
Anybody has a cluee how can I fix this error?
I havent use Lazarus with PostgreSQL for this errror. Please help!!!

I have 2 weeks trying to solve this without successs.

Have you searched your path to see if the libintl3.dll can be found on
you system?

It should be in your windows\system32 directory, or in the directory
of the application that needs it.
