Database connection and use

Hi, I am able to do this in other programming languages, but not in
Lazarus:

how do I connect to a Microsoft Access (OLEDB) Database?
how do I connect to a SQL Express Database?

Can somebody post an example of:
a connection
SELECT, INSERT, DELETE and UPDATE

Use a TODBCConnection, an TSQLTransaction and a TSQLQuery. Searching
the wiki and web on those words should give you more pointers.
