Postgres and Lazarus on Windows

Hi,

i have got a problem with Lazarus on wndows and psql on Linux.
I installed pgadmin3 and i am able to connect over pgadmin to
Postgres.

My Problem is the connection with lazarus.
I installed this free component >>

but if i want to create a TPSQLDatabase folling error appears : "Error
creating component: TPSQLDatabase - Can not load PostgreSql client. Is
is installed? (libpq.dll)"

After these error i searched and found many answers. But not one helps

1. I take the pgadmin path to the wnidwos-path-var
2. I copied all .dll to the windows/system32 dir

Any other helpfully ideas

Hi, you are a programmer?  Programmer would read the error message and
understand that the libpq.dll (the PostgreSQL Client) file is missing,
and would try to find that file. You can install PostgreSQL for
Windows and find that file inside the bin direcotry (or something
similar) of the distribution, or if you don't want to install the
whole PostgreSQL try to find the missing library in the internet. Try
to match the library version with the PostgreSQL version on your Linux
server.

Append PostgreSQL client libraries paths to the PATH environemental
variable.

I also had this problem and I copied libpq.dll both to system32 AND
the working directory and the error remains...

Try to use Zeos components

ZEOS also needs the postgresql-client library...

i had a problem with sqlconecction, having libpq.dll installed.

When i installed Zeosdb and i used them for my owns, they worked
perfectly,

why?, i have no idea
