How I get in lazarus connect?
How I get manipulate the data in lazarus?

You can try to use the ODBC connection.

I don't know. I suggest you look in the wiki to find out how to use
sqldb (SQLQuery etc) and search the internet how to create a odbc
connection for your access database.

Delphi exists in the component call ADO to  the access,..which will be
in lazarus there is a component similar?

Try Zeos components...They have functional analog of ADOConnection.
from Delphi under Windows it is very easy and comfotable to use udl
file. Just create empty document with .udl extension and use it as
alternate to ConnectionString
