can Lazarus use turboDB tables used by Kylix 1

Does anyone know if tuboDB data tables can be used with freepascal.
 turboDB was shipped free with Kylix 1, I now want to convert my code
and would like to use the same data table.

Any help would be appreciated

For Linux only? If you use the Lazarus components, or Zeos for
example, you will have a cross-platform code also.
