UIB and Data Fields (30/12/0000)

Hello, I'am using UIB and FBDataSet, all is ok, but I have a problem
with data fields, that are showed as 30/12/0000.

Field Displayformat property is set to DD/MM/AAAA, however it is not
possibile to change it.

I've searched in the forum and in Internet, and I found messages that
say it's a bug of FPC, but now (vers. 2.1.1) it should run ok.

I've found another message that says to change jvuibdataset.pas as
this:

 uftDate:
        {$IFDEF FPC}
          {$IFDEF MSWINDOWS}
            PInteger(Buffer)^ := PInteger(sqldata)^ - DateOffset +
693595;
          {$ELSE}
            PDouble(Buffer)^ := PInteger(sqldata)^ - DateOffset;
          {$ENDIF}
        {$ELSE}
          PInteger(Buffer)^ := PInteger(sqldata)^ - DateOffset +
693594;
        {$ENDIF}

I've tried even this, but still data fields are showed wrong.

I'm using Lazarus 0.9.13beta and FPC 2.1.1, on Windows 2000
Professional.

Could someone help me to find a solution for showing data fields (I
use data aware components)?

The problem is of FBDataSet, if I replace it with UIBDataSet data
fields are ok. However, I'd like to use FBDataSet because it has more
features, OnCalcFields event, and better SQLstring property at design
time (UIB has problems in the query, often I have to set it at
runtime).

Is there anyone that has the same problem, what can I do for making
work FBDataSet with Date Fields?
