TSqliteDataset now has a home lazarus / 16-Databases ---------------------------------------------------------------------- LuizAmérico · 2006-02-26 02:05 Go here to get the latest version of the sqlite package: http://www.geocities.com/camara_luiz/sqlite4fpc/index.html There you can found also some programs that can serve as examples. ---------------------------------------------------------------------- Anonymous · 2006-03-06 09:19 I got sqlite packages from your site and overwrited the files on Lazarus (in components\SQLite and \fpsrc\FCL). It seems that the files at FCL folder are not used at compilation, because I get the same errors about TEXT fields. How to build or update fcl ? ---------------------------------------------------------------------- LuizAmérico · 2006-03-06 21:22 It's not necessary to build the entire FCL if you're using fpc 2.0.2 (at least). Build only the sqlite component (sqliteds, sqlite3ds). To do that just go for the directory the units are and type fpc sqliteds.pas. Copy the *.o and *.ppu to the units folder of your fpc. The units folder depends of the OS. In win32 is under [fpcdir]/units/fcl. In linux is under /usr/local/lib/fpcXXX/units/fcl. Another approach is to add the path where the source is to fpc.cfg. But in this case remenber to delete the old units because will give conflicts in Lazarus programs (a bug of fpc in unit handling). Luiz
