Design time error when using TCSVDataset to connect to a CSV file

I'm using Lazarus 2.2.6 to create a simple database app. I've got a
TCSVDataset connected to a TDataSource and a TDBGrid. I've set the
FileName property of the TCSVDataset to point to the CSV file, but
when I set the Active property to True in Design Time, I get this
error...

Any idea what the problem is here? I might look at transferring the
data into Sqlite and using the ZeosLib components...

... when you open the csv file in Excel, etc.?
