TTCPBlockSocket cannot receive data from MySQL client

Accessing with MySQL client, unable to receive any data. But accessing
TCP service ports such as NetAssist.exe using MySQL clients can result
in:

Such data.

May I ask why the program I wrote cannot receive data. Thank you!
